Our department offers independent financial and tax advice on a fee basis.

The department is headed by Rosina Dolan (Partner) and Jack Wilson (Consultant), who are both solicitors and qualified independent financial advisers. The Financial Services Department is further supported by Rebecca Ellen, our Para-planner, and a tax assistant. 

We offer a unique service whereby we can focus on the legal, financial and tax issues relevant to your circumstances. The initial consultation is free of charge and can be held at any of our three office locations (Glasgow, Hamilton or Dunblane), or at your home.

Our ethos is to provide impartial client specific advice, based on the client's risk profile and investment objectives. It is imperative to us our clients understand the risk and timescale involved in investment decisions.

We offer independent advice on a fee basis. Not all financial advisers are independent. Some are confined to advising on the products of one or more providers of financial products and investments. In addition, as we are fee-based our advice is not influenced by commissions earned on particular products. When recommending products we consider impartially the products of all relevant companies and recommend whatever course of action we consider to be in our clients' best interests. Any commissions received are offset against fees charged.

We utilise the services of an external stockbroker and pensions consultant.
