This department is headed by an experienced Property Manager - Rosemary Evans.

We offer a full and completely independent Estate Agency Service including:

     and Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre

•   advertising on GSPC and ESPC website

•   a choice of premium quality styles of sales particulars

•   a For Sale Board supplied and erected

•   late night and weekend call handling service

•   dealing with telephone enquiries and arranging
     appointments

•   accompanied viewing service

The GSPC currently has a 40% share of the West Coast market and is constantly striving to increase their market share. It is currently the single largest property selling network in the area. Properties are advertised on the regularly updated GSPC web site and in the weekly property guide for a period of 6 months, or until sold, for a highly competitive fee, removing the need for additional costly newspaper advertising.
 

A link has been formed between the GSPC and the ESPC (Edinburgh Solicitors Property Centre) which is East Coast Scotland's largest property selling network.
This permits all properties registered with the GSPC to be advertised on both websites at no additional cost extending the coverage and market penetration across the central belt.
