Our resident Partner in Dunblane is Beth Hamilton, supported by an Associate Solicitor, Stuart Gibb, two qualified Paralegals and five support staff. In addition, Partners based in Glasgow and Hamilton are available and happy to see clients in Dunblane.

Beth Hamilton deals with all aspects of Private Client work and advises on Wills, Trusts and Executries, Tax and Powers of Attorney.  Until recently she was also the Coordinator of the Diploma in Legal Practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.  She is a regular lecturer and contributor to Central Law Training and was recently appointed as a Clerk to the Tax Commissioners.  Beth is a member of the Society of Trust and Executry Practitioners.  Beth is assisted by two Executry Paralegals: Janis Beveridge and Paula Kirkwood.

Tho & J W Barty deal with all aspects of Domestic, Commercial and Agricultural Law and Conveyancing including Leases. Conveyancing matters are dealt with by Stuart Gibb supported by Denise Wilson and our Conveyancing Paralegal Paula Kirkwood.

We have a large Liquor Licensing Department headed by Anne Blackstock assisted by our Licensing Secretary Debbie Campbell.  We have substantial experience in Liquor Licensing under the new Licensing regime, both for on and off sales clients and we deal with every Licensing Board in Scotland.
